At Gingers Greenhouse, we want you to love your sustainable fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original compostable packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our greenhouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
